Introduction
By using or registering with our Directory (“the Website”) you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully as they set out your rights and obligations and apply to all users of and visitors to the Website. They also explain how the information you submit for publishing on the Website (including but not limited to event advertising, services advertising, your reviews of other services) (“Your Content”) through your user account (“Account”) will be used.

If you choose to delete your Account, your Content will still remain on the Website unless you delete it before deleting your Account

All personal information which you are asked to supply on your registration form ("Personal Data"), will be used to administer your registration and Account and to help us make decisions about whether Content you submit should be accepted, rejected or used.
If you are providing a service which we are advertising to the public through the Website (such as a festival or a childminding service) we will publish Content you have submitted on the Website thereby allowing potential users of your service to see the area that your service covers (for example: Hollingbourne, ME17) and also allows them to contact you directly about your service through the use of the name, phone number or email address details you provide to us).
If you do not want us to publish certain details about you or your service, please fill in our form to let us know.
In all other circumstances, your Personal Data will be kept private and confidential, will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not carry out checks on individual providers, services and events on your behalf.
