Meadowside Day Centre provides a Dementia Respite Service Monday and Friday. On Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday the centre is open for socialisation, activitiies and wellbeing. Our dementia services include stimulating activities and 1 - 1 support when needed. Transport is available but limited.
