I am a qualified Ofsted registered childminder offering care for all children from new-born babies 6 weeks +, to year 6 Primary School age. I am open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday all year round. I take 2 weeks holiday around June and I close over the Christmas break.
I offer school drops offs in the mornings and collection after school from Dartford Primary School, both sites, offering wrap around care. Please contact me for more information and I will send you my welcome pack which will give you more information about myself and my setting. I also offer holiday care.
I hold a full child-minder DBS and am part of the update service in line with OFSTED regulations
My background information:
I am a qualified child play therapist with nearly 40 years childcare experience. I have worked for Social Services and 2 Children’s charities, one working with street children and deprived families and one working with children with disabilities. I have many qualifications relating to childcare including, Post Graduate Diploma in Practice Based Play Therapy, NVQ Level 3, Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Safeguarding Children. FGM and many others. I have 7 young grandchildren and 4 adult daughters. I work from my home, which is a 3-bedroom house with 2 rooms dedicated to the children, I have a large garden with toys in and I take the children out daily, to parks, farms, soft play, playgroups etc. I love my job and all the children that I have worked with over the years.
