Fantastic care provided
I went to the Rubin Clinic at Maidstone Hospital to have a coil fitted after my GP was unable to do this due to cervical pain and the GP being unable to get the coil past my cervix. I was told I would need an anaesthetic block, but the Dr at the clinic (Dr Windmill) was able to insert the coil with only anaesthetic gel and advice to control my breathing (though the anaesthetic was available if I wanted it). The before and after care was amazing as well, and both the Dr and the staff member who accompanied her were fantastic at reassuring me, and making me feel like I'd done a fantastic job. Thank you so much Dr Windmill and team, I don't think I'd have walked away with the coil fitted and such a sense of achievement if I hadn't have come to you.
