Supported/Semi-independent Living Accommodation Provider for Young Persons 18+ and Adults


We provide community and domiciliary support for those with learning difficulties, autism, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviour.

We currently offer an excellent supported and semi-independent living accommodation for 18+ placements.

We are fully furnished, adequately staffed, and a well-managed establishment. We are situated in Greenwich, South-East London area. Our establishment is managed by trained, experienced staff team, who are on-site 24 hours a day.

 We provide an enabling home environment for our clients. Our Provision is continually risk assessed and monitored by a 24-hour CCTV security system.

 Waterside House is a secure 4 bedrooms accommodation, with single occupier rooms, each fully furnished with the following items: single bed, wardrobe, dressing table with drawer, mirror, and a bedside stool. Each of our rooms also comes with a smart TV and 24-hour Internet / Wi-Fi access.

 

There is a spacious lounge area, and our communal kitchen is fitted with relevant state-of-the-art ‘white goods’ including: an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, storage cupboards with locks. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer equipment. Our Provision is designed to support each of our clients so that they feel safe, healthy, and motivated, in a bid to acquire the necessary life skills needed to support their daily living.

We have obtained our Care Quality Commission (CQC) accreditation, as such you can trust that our services are of the highest standard. Our staff are well-trained and up to date with all necessary training. They are well-supported and informed with the latest updates about COVID-19. Our staff go through stringent recruitment checks from interviewing, DBS checks, referencing through to bespoke training to provide a person-centered approach to care and support for our service users.

Each service user will be allocated a Key Worker, who will work closely with them through the promotion of active participation and involvement. A personalised key-working process ensures each of our clients identified support needs, are continually met.
