SOBS (Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide) is a self-help, voluntary organisation helping those who have been bereaved or affected by suicide. If you have been bereaved or affected by suicide at any point, there is help available and you do not have to be alone. SOBS (Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide) services can be accessed as often and for as long as you need them.
It doesn’t matter how long it has been since your bereavement happened or what your relationship was with the person who died. If you feel you have been affected by a suicide and you would like to talk about it, SOBS (Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide) are there.
If you need to talk to someone, contact their National Helpline between 9am to 9pm every day or find a local support group.
