Age UK - Faversham & Sittingbourne - The Fountain (Dementia Day Care)

The Fountain is based in our Faversham centre and provides secure day care for those living with moderate to severe dementia. Clients can take part in a range of activities or relax in the two available areas of the centre. The day includes a two-course hot meal prepared in our on-site kitchen from locally sourced ingredients.

Fully accessible transport can be provided if required. Taster sessions can be arranged.
