Age UK - Herne Bay and Whitstable Befriending scheme

At Age UK Herne Bay and Whitstable, we are introducing new services frequently during this difficult time to support our local older people.

We have made, on average, 1,045 welfare calls to the older people in our local community within a week’s period. We want to widen our reach, especially for those who may have no one to turn to or may feel worried during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you, or someone you know, would like to access this service, please contact (with permission) our Reception Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
