Special Needs Access Project

 SNAP is an open access youth project that supports young people’s educational, social and emotional needs. The project works on life skills that enable young people to contribute positively to their communities and those around them now and in the future.

 All young people aged 13-25 from the Tonbridge & Malling area with additional learning needs are invited to attend the sessions which are free of charge.
