I went into Ramsgate Library today hoping to do a bit of studying, first time in a couple of years Ive been in. Very noisy, there were no conrols so quiet reading or studying out of the question. Went to use the toilet - now unisex - sticky floor covered in you know what and all over the seat. absolutely disgusting and unhygenic - unavoidable getting it on your shoes and then onto the carpet. Must be riddled with bacteria in there now.
