Hello,

I am an experienced childcare provider; I used to work in a nursery where I ran a baby/ toddler room, but I have also had experiences with 2 years and upwards. I am a mother of a 3 year old. I am registered to Ofsted and based in Aylesford. I provide full-time child care which includes school drop off and pick ups, breakfast, lunch, dinner and pudding.

My house is clean, safe and filled with different appropriate aged toys for the children to explore, play and develop to their potential need.

How will I be informed / consulted about the ways in which my child is being supported? 

I will provide a Daily Communication book where I will fill and provide information on each individual. These include; the activities they have taken part on the day, their routine throughout the day as well as writing any concerns or information that the parent needs to know. 
I do inform the individuals parents to write any information that maybe handy to know regarding the child such as if the child did not sleep well the night before. 

How will the setting adapt the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum for my child's needs? 

Each individual child will received a tracker which identities the learning outcomes for the seven areas of learning within their age group. 

How will the setting monitor my child's progress and how will I be involved in this? 

I will monitor the childrens progress by using the EYFS curriculum whilst carrying out observation, I will then collect all of the information and photos and place on a word document. After describing the objective, I will place a next step and reflect it to the EYFS.
