West Kent Mind is an independent mental health charity, affiliated with Mind. We are here to ensure that anyone with a mental health problem in our community has somewhere to turn for support.
The positive mental wellbeing of people and communities living and working in West Kent is at the heart of all that we do.
Our support is responsive and targeted to those who need it most, providing help and resources to people living with mental health problems to enable them to get well, and to nurture and sustain their mental health.
Through a network of support groups, training, partnerships and opportunities we equip people with the tools they need to stay well, to maintain their own mental health, and to support others.
We aspire to better mental health and wellbeing for everyone in West Kent, supporting individuals, businesses and communities to thrive with knowledge, understanding, awareness and a positive approach to mental health.

- Affordable 1-2-1 counselling
- Specialist support programmes including Life Skills, Solace Cafe (drop in crisis support) and parental support groups
- Community Wellbeing social & activity groups
- Supported Housing
