Young People with special and additional needs.
Aged 11 - 17 years
Delivered from the youth hub for children living with a neurodiverse diagnosis or are displaying traits and behaviours. The programme will be a mixture of guided input around healthy friendships, managing own emotions, personal hygiene and developing communication skills alongside fun activities such as art or cooking and free play. Young people are encouraged to participate in discussions to support understanding and development of own sensory and emotional needs. They develop understanding of a Neurotypical world and how this can be a good thing. The group is accessible for those open to Integrated Children’s Service Partners.
