Maidstone United Raiders Football Club


Maidstone United Raiders is the Adult & Junior PAN disability, mental health and deaf friendly section of the Maidstone United Football Club that play in the Kent Disability League.

We offer fun and exciting training and opportunities for anyone with a disability, special educational need or mental health to play football. 

The Raiders currently has over 120 children and adults playing in 15 teams from the age of 5 up to 65.

Training is held on Saturday mornings from 9:45am to 11:45am at Maidstone United FC, Gallagher Stadium, James Whatman Way, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1LQ.

All the teams play in the Kent Disability Football League on Sunday morning’s from 9:30am to 1:30pm once a month

there is an annual £40 membership fee (for the football season which runs from September to July) and a £30 training kit deposit paid once when you first join.

The club is open to anyone with a disability, mental health and sensory impairment.

Notes

Please come dressed in tracksuit or shorts and t-shirts with shin pads, astro trainers or football boots, but no metal studs please. Long knee high socks must be worn and please bring a couple of drinks.

On arrival, enter via the large open green gates and report to the Spitfire Lounge for registration and for more information from Lorraine or our admin team (Beryl and Sian).
