Great Prospectscare


Great Prospectscare is an independently owned provider of community, home care and supported living support services to clients with varying band needs to include children aged 8 years plus, young adults, older adults, the elderly who have carried needs such as dementia, end of life care, physical, sensory disability, Asperger’s, autism spectrum disorder and mental ill health. Our services are flexible and we can offer services for either a couple of hours community support to enable independence. We also offer 24hrs support waking and sit in and sleeping nights, live in care and respite.
