Cost details
We offer All Day Care and 2 sessions. All day care is from 9am to 15.00pm and is £33.00 per 6 hrs(£5.50 per hour). A Morning session of 3 hours - 9am to 12 noon is £16.50 and an afternoon session of 2 1/2 hours - 12.30pm to 15.00pm is £13.75.

Special Needs Support

On your child's first day you are asked to complete an "All About Me" form with your child's Key Person.  This enables us to get to know your child and will highlight any areas where they may need extra support.  During their first couple of sessions we assess their starting points using the Development Matters tool.

For 2 year olds, we complete the Progress Check at 2 which is a statutory assessment and helps us to identify any delay in development, which will be discussed with you and the appropriate next steps identified.  Any areas targeted will be written and shared with you through a Targeted Plan.

We have a Special Needs Co-ordinator or SENCo who ensures that families have the best support and resources to help their child's development.

We are a Registered Charity run by a Committee of parental volunteers.

We use the Key Person approach to support your child.  This involves completing your child's online Learning Journey to track their progress, this is uploaded throughout your child's time at pre-school it also gives parents the opportunity to share photos, comments from home.  We have an 'open door' policy which enables parents to come in at any time to discuss their child with their Key Person/Supervisor.

We observe, assess and plan for your child using the 3 Prime Areas, Communication and Language, Personal, Social and Emotional Development and Physical Development as well as the 4 Specific Areas, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design.

We track children's progress using Development Matters tool and this highlights any areas where support may be needed.
