Ashford Arts Centre

Ashford Arts Centre was created by Creative and Performing Arts professionals for the benefit of the wider community.

Inside Ashford Arts Centre, you will find a community theatre, an arts-based learning centre, shared rehearsal and exhibition spaces, Permanent Resident Artists working in collaboration on professional projects, in several art-forms.

The arts centre is the home of Ashford Fringe Festival, a celebration of all forms of the Arts and Cultural communities in Ashford. The fringe festival delivers an opportunity for members of the community to find ways to learn, grow and enrich their lives through the arts year-round in our centre.  We aim to nurture and inspire each individual, and to welcome everyone into our community of musicians, dancers, film-makers, visual artists and more.  Ashford Arts Centre regularly delights small audiences in a range of eclectic, original works of art in film, theatre, music and dance.

Ashford Arts Centre also supports Home Education Learners. We know there are many reasons for home-education and we're not here to judge, wherever arts-based learning can be of help, we aim to support every single child and young person in Kent achieve their full potential in life.
