Young Persons Peer Support Group

Take Off is running a Peer Support Group group to support positive mental wellbeing for young people aged 17 - 27.

Are you attending university, got an apprenticeship, going to college, working, unemployed, taking time off? We’ll be looking at a range of different topics, tailored to meet the needs of the members. Topics may include anxiety, depression, worry, finances, relationships and more. This will be a Peer support group designed and lead by you. The group runs from the Take Off office on Monday afternoons once a month.
