Notes

Sheringham House is a five-minute walk from a parade of shops, local cafes, pubs and is close to bus routes. It has a homely atmosphere, with communal spaces including a lounge and dining room.

There are five bedrooms on the ground floor and five on the first, all with an en suite bath, wet room or shower. There is also a communal bathroom on the ground floor with a bath lift for service users with mobility issues. Outside, there is a very large, level garden with lawns, a sensory garden, an activity cabin, potting shed and a vegetable patch, along with a trampoline and swings.

The main train station is around two miles away and Gravesend is conveniently located for travel to London, with the East End around 25 miles away and central London approximately a one-hour journey by car or train. Sheringham House has its own MPV seven-seat vehicle as well as a disabled access car, which is able to take a wheelchair-user and three other people.
