Access to services in their locality. Improvement to their sense of wellbeing, purpose and quality of life through a variety of choices including: planned activities; rehab support programme; classes to learn or develop skills in creative and practical topics; promoting independence; signposting and supporting with information and advice.
We strive to ensure that people we support are able to maintain an appropriate, safe level of independent living for them, remaining in their own home as long as they wish to. We put the person at the centre of the support plan we prepare with them. They are able to make choices about when they attend and the level at which they choose to participate while accessing day centre services.
