- fitness & exercise

Active Lives operate a mini bus which is available to students.
Our Employment programme offers the opportunity to gain valuable work experience at our Centre. We run our own online retail store. www.shopfromapound.co.uk which is operated from our Centre and we also have access to 2 convenience stores where we can place students for work place training. These offer us the opportunity to provide actual work based training with a view to helping students develop skills to enable them to access job opportunities and gain independence.
We are delighted to announce that with effect from March 2018 our dance programme will be conducted by Jo and Grace from Confidance. They are professionally qualified dance instructors who specialise in running programmes for people with disabilities. You can view their work at http://www.confidance.org.uk/
