Graded OUTSTANDING at last four OFSTED inspections, Most recent August 2022. I am a registered childminder and an Early Years Teacher. I registered in 1995. I have a degree in Early Years and keep abreast of current thinking regarding childcare and children's development. I offer Early Years funding for qualifying 2 year olds and all 3 to 4 year olds.

I retired as Chair of the Board of Trustees of PACEY (Professional Association of Childcare and Early Years) in October 2020 and have worked with other childcare professionals to support this profession and all those working in early years. This has included meeting with Government ministers (inc Deputy Prime minister and Minister for Early Years) to ensure the best needs of all children are represented. I was awarded an MBE for services to Education in the 2021 New Years Honours list.
