Carers First - information, advice and practical support


Carers First supports adults and carers in Dartford, Gravesend, South West Kent and Medway. 

A Carer is anyone who provides unpaid support to a loved one. Carers can be of any age and may be looking after a relative including husband or wife, friend or neighbour.

The charity provides emotional and practical support, advice and information. It also offers statutory assessments for carers, training, events, social groups, respite (a short break from caring), activities trips and more.

Carers First also provide a face to face Befriending Scheme for carers in South West Kent.
