We are here to support anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis. We also extend a warm welcome to anyone who lives with a neurological disability. We cover Sittingbourne, Faversham, Sheppey and the surrounding villages.

Our physiology is “we can do it” - We don’t look back, we look forward.

We aim to support you, to improve your mental and physical well-being by offering fitness training, sport opportunities, and we have a Para-Bowls Team. We get together for regular support meetings and great social events
