Wellbeing Toolkit for Parents

Our Wellbeing Toolkit for Parents consists of a series of four recorded webinars delivered by two experts in the field of wellbeing and anxiety. The aims of the webinars are to provide both parents and their children with guidance and support on how they can improve their self-esteem, confidence and reduce anxiety. There is also a specific webinar that focuses on how to support children with autism around their possible increased levels of anxiety.

Parents and carers will receive practical strategies and solutions to the issues that they may currently be experiencing. The content and strategies included are suitable for parents and carers with children of all ages, but as with all things, you may find some are more appropriate to your child than others.

All four webinars in the toolkit are available for the total price of £24 (including VAT).

HeadStart Kent are offering free access to these webinars to vulnerable families who may not be able to finance this. Please contact headstart@kent.gov.uk to find out if you are eligible. Please note, there is limited availability for this free access.
