Here you can find lots of fun activities within our groups, giving you and your child/ren a chance to play, learn and have fun together.



Our Children's Centre is part of a nationwide programme of services for 0-5-year olds and their families. Our aim is to offer information, advice, and support to parents, as well as integrated childcare and early learning, health services, family support and parental outreach.

Thanet Children’s Centres needs you!

  • Have you thought about volunteering but not sure where to go?

Then look no further, we are looking for volunteers to join our team and contribute with the running of the children centres.

We have positions available for :-

  • Group and event support

Notes

All 3 and 4 year olds and some 2 year olds are entitled to up to 15 hours of free early education and childcare over 38 weeks of the year. If you are a working parent, your 3 and 4 year olds may be entitled to another 15 hours of childcare. Some providers may allow you to stretch your childcare over the 38 hours by using fewer hours each week. For more information click here.
