Dover Library

Dover Library is open for bookshelf browsing and borrowing, pre-bookable PCs, pre-bookable WiFi sessions, and printing facilities (when booking a PC).


Our library is free to join and offers a wide range of services - from free access to books, computers, the internet and information to the hire of music, audio books and films.

Pay & Display car parks at Albany Place and Stembrook. Designated bays for Blue Badge holders on Queen Street, behind the library entrance.
