This support is delivered by a highly skilled, committed and friendly team of staff. People living at Channel Lea can be supported to develop the independent living skills required to enable them to move onto supported living or independent living if they choose to.
Each person is encouraged to develop their own weekly programme of activities, and the home has built strong links with a local adult education group as well as numerous clubs and groups offering a wide variety of activities and opportunities to socialise and gain new skills.
