Folkestone Library

Folkestone Library will be closed from Tuesday 29 December 2020 for 7 weeks (subject to confirmation) as the site has been identified as a suitable location for a Covid19 testing centre.

All library and birth registration services will be temporarily suspended. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

We regret all of our library events and activities including Storytime, Talk Time, Rhyme Time, Digital Dens and groups are suspended until further notice.

Our libraries are free to join and offer a wide range of services - from free access to books, computers, internet and information to the hire of music, audio books and films.

Out-of-hours returns - letter box on the front door. This facility is currently unavailable.

Registration of births and deaths daily by appointment - private room is available.
