Counselling for families and individuals

Most of us at some time in our lives experience emotional stress due to relationship problems, bereavement, family crisis, work issues, having a hard time at school, or other difficulties. Counselling provides a safe place, a listening ear and a caring environment.

Counselling is a means of enabling someone to work through problems or difficulties with the aim of living a more satisfactory and resourceful life. The counsellor will respect the aims and objectives of the individual and will seek to provide a safe and caring environment.
