Counselling for families and individuals - Fegans

Most of us at some time in our lives experience emotional stress due to relationship problems, bereavement, family crisis, work issues, having a hard time at school, or other difficulties. Counselling provides a safe place, a listening ear and a caring environment.

Counselling is a means of enabling someone to work through problems or difficulties with the aim of living a more satisfactory and resourceful life. The counsellor will respect the aims and objectives of the individual and will seek to provide a safe and caring environment. We can offer Zoom counselling sessions for children of age 10 or older.

Parent support helps with building good relationships between the parents and their children, understanding the causes of behaviour and identifying where things are not working. We are offering Zoom sessions at the moment.
