Active Listening is a friendly, supportive and private place available every Wednesday between 3.30pm and 6.30pm, to chat with qualified advisors.
Active Listening offers 45 minute sessions, once a week, so that you can talk to someone about how you feel and build your confidence and ability to the tackle challenges that life throws your way.
A qualified counsellor will encourage you over the course of six to 10 weeks to become more aware of your own health and discover vital techniques for dealing with whatever is troubling you such as stress and self confidence.
