We support five people at Anro House who have a learning disability and associated complex needs which may include challenging behaviours, alcohol addiction and enduring mental health needs.Residents are encouraged to be independent and included in all aspects of their home. They are supported to develop a wide variety of skills including budget management, cooking, independent travel and health and safety within the home. Each person has a support worker of their choice who they can have regular one to one meetings with, as well as group house meetings where everyone gets the chance to air their views and be listened to.
