The Solace Café is a support service for people who are at risk of developing an emotional crisis and are in need of support and social contact.
The Solace Café provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for people to meet others with similar problems, and to access mental health support and advice from peers and professionals. We are not a counselling service but are here to listen and are able to offer suggestions and signposting about how to access other forms of support in the local area. The café is run by our experienced and welcoming team and is currently operating in person at The Amelia Scott in Tunbridge Wells on Thursday evenings and online via Zoom on Saturday evenings.
As well as a group space for peer support and crisis prevention, we offer 1-to-1s for individuals approaching crisis point and new visitors. If you are a new visitor, please contact us in advance, so we can offer you the level of support you require.
