Whether you want to meet friends for a bite to eat, enjoy a hobby or interest with like-minded people, or navigate your way through benefits and allowances - we are here to help.

Health & Wellbeing Activities & Classes
Looking to improve your health and wellbeing? We have a range of different activities and friendly classes that you can try here at the the Hub. Our aim is to help people on the Marsh engage in activities both physical and non-physical with an emphasis on enjoyment and fun.
We would like to encourage those over 50 to become active and try something new to help improve their overall wellbeing in a supportive and friendly environment.
Day Support
Our day support service provides a place where older people can meet with others of a similar age group for friendship and social interaction.
We offer a growing range of activities designed to improve people's physical and mental wellbeing. A home cooked two course lunchtime meal at the Hub is included as part of the service.
Transport to and from a client's home can be provided. Alternatively, people are welcome to make their own way here.
Information & Advice
Our Information and Advice staff are here to support you and home visits can be arranged. Benefits checks may reveal you are entitled to more than you thought. We are here to help you complete any online or paper-based forms.
Our information is impartial, easy to digest and offered freely; it is given in good faith but is not intended to replace professional or legal advice.
Lunches - at the Hub or at home
We offer a selection of home cooked, two course lunchtime meals prepared daily in our kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy these meals at the Hub or we can deliver straight to your door. Allergies and dietary requirements are catered for and alternatives available.
Home Support
Our Home Support service aims to provide people with domestic cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing.
Our Home Support workers can also help with shopping tasks if required.
Mobile Hairdressing
Our professional stylist works across the community offering everything from a quick set and style to a luxury perm - all in the comfort of your own home. This service is available for both men and women
Volunteering
Our wonderful volunteers give their time and effort to make a difference to people across the Marsh. Without them, we couldn't be here to support people's health and wellbeing or be there when they need us most.
We have a variety of volunteering opportunities across a range of services so there is something for everyone.Please do get in touch to find out how you can get involved.
Dementia Services
We run a number of services to support people living with dementia and their carers.
Our Sunflower Memory Cafes are a sociable get together for those living with dementia, their families and carers. Enjoy sharing experiences and a variety of activities, such as memory games or arts and crafts, in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Cancer Support Group
Anyone affected by cancer is welcome to come along to our support group and meet others who have had similar experiences.
