Special Needs Support

Pre-School staff feedback regularly to parents/carers. Pre-School offers a "story" which documents the child's time at Pre-School with photos, drawings and things which have been said by the child. These go home to parents and parents can contribute to the story too. The story contains information about how the child is progressing at Pre-School.

All parents are required to provide information about their child including their interests. This enables us to provide for each individual needs.

We have an open door approach. All staff are available to feedback or discuss children with parents/carers face to face or by email/phone call.

The building is wheelchair accessible with an entrance ramp and an additional ramp into the garden. The garden area is flat.

We offer home visits for children with SEN before starting and additional parent meetings before starting. We have good links with other settings and experience with multi-agency approach. We have excellent transition arrangements with local Primary Schools.

Please take a look at our website www.stocksgreenpreschool.co.uk and download a prospectus which contains a registration form. Please call or email for more information, a registration form or to book a viewing.

Pre-School offers an open door policy. Parents are actively encouraged to talk to the Manager or other staff or the Committee. We value both kinds of feedback and a questionnaire is sent out to parents annually.
