Our Strong Mama Restore & Recover class is delivered by a qualified Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer & mum!
The class is structured & progressive to help you improve safely & effectively. You can join us from 6 weeks post delivery or 10 weeks c-section when you have your GP's go ahead.
We know childcare can be an issue so you are more than welcome to bring your little one along, we have a safe area for them to play and are more than happy to help out if needed!
You can meet like minded mamas, who are all there to feel good, get fit, recover strong and empower other mamas. Its a brilliant way to do something for yourself and improve your mental health.
We focus on your mobility, fitness, core & pelvic floor recovery and strength.
