Supported Internships - Forward2Employment

Forward2Employment's Supported Internship programme will:

  • Provide a structured study programme based mostly at a place of work.
  • Help you gain the skills to gain a job.
  • Gain qualification; including GCSEs and work specific qualifications.
  • Be tailored to you and work at your own pace.

Forward2Employment supports young people, aged 16-24, with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), in Medway and Kent, to find permanent and purposeful employment.

We passionately believe that all young people should be given the opportunity to work in their local community, to feel valued and have a place in society.
