Making A Difference

Making A Difference is a Short breaks/respite care service that delivers a range of community-based activities providing opportunities for children and young people with disabilities/challenging behaviours to have enjoyable social experiences away from their parents/carers.

In delivering professional one to one support, we provide fun and positive experiences for young people whilst their families take a break from their caring role. Popular short breaks chosen by our younger ones and their families for example include activities such as swimming, cinema, trampolining, soft play, picnics in the park, dining out, bowling, days out to beaches, zoos, theme parks, roller skating and ice skating.

Self Referral or via short breaks 0-25 disability team. Age Groups:0-25
