Bishops Down Nursery School is situated in the Culverdon Area of Tunbridge Wells. We are a sessional nursery, led by qualified teachers, for children aged 3-4 years old. Our Nursery School is only open term time. We are very proud of our provision and, we believe, we offer our children the best start possible. We offer both 15hrs and 30hrs funded sessions and we do not charge any top up fees for education. We have wrap around care on site (this is called Beehive) for nursery children. The Breakfast Club starts from 7.30am and then the After School Club runs from 3.30pm to 6.00pm for our nursery children. Please do make contact and talk to our Admissions Officer to organise a tour. The nursery has its own separate setting on the site of Bishops Down Primary School with beautiful grounds in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

- Notes
Our Early Years provision is in Garden House which is a separate building on the Bishops Down Primary School site. Children attending have their very own garden and playground (separate from KS1 and KS2) and parents enjoy a separate entry and exit for safe drop off and pick up. The children do however enjoy using the school hall for yoga and dance lessons, productions and PE. Nursery children can order a school lunch from our canteen or bring in a packed lunch from home - we are very flexible.
You can purchase extra private sessions if you not entitled to the Extended Funding and current prices for sessions are published on our website.
