The service offers impartial advice on adaptations and equipment in your home; help with gadgets; benefits; help with form filling; home maintenance; information to enable you to consider your options for housing as your needs change and advice on how to stay safe in your home.
Trusted volunteer drivers provide transport to and from medical appointments; lunch clubs; day centres; visits to relatives; pharmacy; shopping and organised social trips during summer.
IMAGO also offers access to the Care Navigator Service. The Service offers free impartial information and advice to adults and families and to assist them with the challenging issues they may face. In addition, Care Navigators can refer people onto a range of local services that can help or offer information and advice on:
