Lifeline describes a range of devices that could help vulnerable people to stay in their own home safer and for longer.
The device can be as simple as a pendant worn around the neck. The vulnerable person just has to press a button on the device to reach out to a trained member of staff in a Contact Centre if help is needed. If assistance is required, then the Contact Centre will summon help.
Lifeline offers peace of mind to friends and family about the safety and security of vulnerable loved ones living alone. Lifeline operates in the following areas in Kent and Sussex:
- Dover and Deal
- Wealdon and Eastbourne
Lifeline is available across the UK.
