North Kent Mind provide a wide range of services for people who experience mental health problems, whether these are described as anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Personality Disorder, or otherwise.
They also provide supportive services for carers.
They work with people individually or in small or large groups. Services include:
- supported housing
- counselling
- mentoring
- activity sessions
- assisted volunteering
- social groups
- person-centred planning
- services for Black, Asian and Ethnic Minorities
- self-management courses
- peer-led activities
- hoarding support service - hoarders can be supported through the mentoring and counselling (if appropriate, following an assessment)
