We use a one-to-one, person-centred approach, tailored to best suit the individual’s needs. Utilising our specialist knowledge and experience of services for vulnerable learner groups, adults with a disability or disadvantage, and SEND students.

To access Kent Supported Employment you will need to meet the following:
- At the age of 16 or above
- You live in Kent
- Additional barriers to finding a job because of your disability or health condition
- You would like to find paid work.
Yes, we support people that have an EHCP but also support those who do not. If you do have an EHCP then you may still be able to access funding from your EHCP depending on the type of job you get/have.
