HOME BRIDGE Enablement and Short Stay

Homebridge, Ashford, is a purpose built seven flat short stay complex where you can get back on your feet, learn or relearn skills and regain your confidence to live independently in your own home.


People come to Homebridge for a variety of reasons, it could be to regain confidence after a fall or change of circumstance, or when you are in between residential support and having a place of your own. Homebridge is also a bridge from hospital to home.


Our flats have a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, sleeping and lounge area. Each are designed to be accessible and easy to navigate.


A team of social care professionals are there during the day to support you and teach new/build upon your skills. Our Occupational Therapists will support you by suggesting home adaptations which may assist your return home and speed up your recovery.

Hombridge is located in a large complex of buildings making up Farrow Court in Ashford. There are good transport links to the town centre and train station by bus and road.
