Age UK - North West Kent - Dartford - Dementia Day Break Service

A service specifically designed to provide a respite break for those carers supporting people living with dementia.

We offer a service in Dartford at our Meadowside Centre on a Monday and Friday and we can offer transport to bring people in.

The service includes a cooked main meal at lunchtime, refreshments and access to activities including reminiscence, daily living skills, reality orientation as well as fun, crafts, discussions, games, films etc with our trained and caring staff teams.
