Mind - Mid Kent

Mid Kent Mind provide a safe and welcoming environment designed to promote positive wellbeing within the local community. Our services are varied – ranging from Community Activity Groups, to a low-cost counselling service, support for young people, and much more.

Our services generally cover Maidstone, Ashford, Swale and the surrounding areas. Below you will find an outline of some of the services which we provide:

Live Well Kent Services – Many of Mid Kent Mind’s services are funded thanks to Live Well Kent – providing a range of support to Adults in our local areas. This support includes Activity Groups focussed on things like Arts & Crafts and Cookery, but also includes things like Peer Support Groups and even our Coping with Life courses.

Youth Services – Mid Kent Mind also provide a range of services to young people. Generally speaking we work with young people between the ages of eleven and eighteen, and we aim to promote early interventions as a positive step which can equip young people with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in adult life.
