Ashford Library Digital Den

A club for children aged 8 to 11 to explore some of the latest technologies in an educational environment, including BBC micro:bits, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, robots, and circuits.

Children will also be able to learn how to code with Scratch, Python and HTML - this supplements what they are taught at school, as these are all part of the curriculum. The after-school club will be a mix of lessons and free sessions to encourage learning and creativity.

The Tuesday and Thursday sessions are fully subscribed and we're operating a waiting list. We're also looking for volunteers! If you're interested in volunteering at a Digital Den, please apply using the online form.
