We specialise in providing care for adults with learning disabilites in one of our supported living environments in the East Kent area. We develop bespoke services for residents with complex needs who are having difficulties finding an appropriate placement.
We are committed to supporting service users to achieve their full potential and promote their independence without compromising their dignity.
We have developed considerable knowledge and expertise in working with people who have challenged traditional services. This includes supporting people who have presented mental health problems and some challenging behaviour.
Each service user has a plan which is regularly reviewed and which reflects the needs and wishes of the individual. We support the residents in maintaining relationships with existing family and friends as well as encouraging them to make new friends. In addition, the plan reflects the interests and hobbies of the individual as well as offering opportunities to try new activities. At all times the views of the service user, as well as their well-being and safety, are respected.
