Our telecare service provides instant alerts as soon as you press the button or if you have a vibrating fall device and you fall or trip a signal is sent to the Monitoring Unit, through an alarm sensor (equipment that can monitor specific actions/situations) installed in your home. Our team of operators monitor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for any alerts that are raised by the telecare Monitoring service – and whether they need to call out an ambulance, or simply offer support and reassurance, they will remain on the line until you are in safe hands.

Our latest GPS/SOS Alarm That is a full Home Monitoring Service and Also when you pop out to the shops or walk your dog it is a mobile Monitoring Device if you have a FALL it will connect to our Monitoring Service who will be able to see where you are and arrange assistance with the built-in GPS tracking software and also will be able to speak to you via the Device

We were more than happy to help provide the service this lady needed to stay safe in her own home

#CommunityWarden Dawn was given a referral to visit a lady after she was targeted by a rogue trader. Visiting the lady since 2017, Dawn was able to install a CCTV camera given by Trading Standards to prevent criminals again targeting the resident. Dawn also contacted the bank (with permission from the lady) to reduce the amount of money was allowed to withdraw and for the bank to ask what the money is for and help where necessary

Dawn and the lady started chatting, where she explained she was scared of answering the door. Dawn contacted Kent Telecare Lifeline Solutions Ltd and asked Paul if he had a device that could help, without the need for Wi-Fi or internet. Dawn also requested for a camera doorbell that included an intercom, so the lady could answer the door without opening it. Paul was able to find a video camera doorbell with intercom and agreed for the device to be fitted with an extra door chain.

The lady is now able to see who is at the door with the option to talk, if required. She is much happier and feels safer in her home. #LoveYourCommunity
