Canterbury Historical And Archaeological Society

The society was founded in 1920 with its brief to take such steps as may be possible for the preservation of ancient buildings and architectural features in the city.

We arrange a series of winter lectures on historical or archaeological subjects. Non-members are also welcome. In summer, we organise excursions to places of historical interest. Please check our website for more information on dates and times.

Suitable for anyone aged 18 and over.
